  I love this place! It is a comfortable and friendly place to be. There are a wide variety of classes throughout the week (not just yoga).
  
  I've been going to the Tuesday evening yoga class for about a year and it's great! The workout is great with a nice mix of power, stretching, and balancing moves. I can stand on my head now.
  
  This is not a fancy place. There is no pretentiousness. This is a place for people to work and get healthy in a calm and friendly atmosphere. Everyone knows everyone's names. This is your neighborhood's gathering place that is centered around working out.
